What currency are the prices I see on the site?

Hold My Ball offers a diverse range of ball hand holders for all types of sports balls, including baseball, basketball, cricket, AFL, Ten Pin Bowling, netball, NFL, football, rugby, and tennis balls. Our ball hand holders are crafted from top-quality materials and designed to display your sports balls in style.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 24-48 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-10 business days excluding holidays.

Tracking numbers will be updated once your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please contact us.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly contact us. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Yes, we are an Australian-based company with a global presence. We currently operate from two warehouses, one in Australia and one in the USA.

Where are your warehouses located?

Our primary warehouse is located in Australia, which serves as our headquarters and primary distribution centre. This warehouse is strategically positioned to handle orders for our Australian and international customers.
In addition to our Australian warehouse, we also maintain a warehouse in the United States. This US-based facility allows us to efficiently serve our customers in North America and provide faster shipping options for orders originating from that region.

The decision to have a warehouse in the USA is aimed at providing our customers in North America with faster delivery times and reduced shipping costs.
